How it works
Download the Mio App and register, it's free.
Download the App from Google Play or App Store. Choose the rate or subscription that best suits you.
Unlock a Mio.
Open the Mio App to select the closest mio to you from the map, or scan the QR code found on the scooter.
Push and accelerate!
Put one foot on the platform and push with the other a couple of times. Then place both feet on the platform and accelerate by pressing the lever with your right hand. Use the left brake to slow down, avoiding hard braking. We recommend the use of a helmet, and reflective equipment at night and in poor visibility conditions.
Park responsibly.
You can park your mio in one of the areas marked green on the map.
Finish your ride.
Click on “End the ride” button to make the mio available to other users. Finally, take a picture of the scooter so we can check that everything is ok.
Rates and subscriptions.
You can rent a mio at the standard rate (1€ for unlocking, 0.15€ per minute when riding and 0.05€ when you pause your ride), or opt for one of the offer packages that can be purchased directly from the App, which include up to unlimited unlocks and minutes Discover all mio rates.
